CANCELLATION POLICY

48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the services booked. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. No-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges. Same-Day Changes & Service Reductions: Removing or downgrading services on the day of your appointment will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and will be charged 100% of the services booked. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or cancellation if there is insufficient time to complete your appointment. If your appointment must be canceled due to your late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Please plan accordingly and allow enough time for parking and arrival. Repeated policy violations or unpaid fees may result in restrictions on future bookings, consistent with the terms disclosed when booking. Winter Weather Policy: ❄️ Your safety is important to us. When severe winter weather or official travel advisories make travel unsafe, we will make reasonable accommodations for affected appointments. For winter weather-related cancellations, the cancellation fee may be waived when you provide at least two hours notice and reschedule within three weeks of your original appointment. If Attitude Aesthetix must close or reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged to affected clients. Please contact us as soon as possible if weather conditions affect your ability to attend. Illness Policy: For the health, safety, and comfort of everyone in the salon, please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness. If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. However, cancellations due to illness must still be made before the 48-hour window to avoid fees. This policy applies to anyone accompanying you, including children who are sick. Please be mindful that I work in close contact with clients throughout the day, and keeping the salon a healthy environment is important to everyone’s well-being. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping me keep Attitude Aesthetix a safe and comfortable space for everyone. 💜 Refund Policy: All completed services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 2–3 days so we can discuss the issue and determine whether a correction is appropriate. Deposits, Gift Cards & Prepaid Services: Deposits, gift cards, and prepaid services are non-refundable. I understand life happens, but please try to respect me and my time, as I respect you and yours. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to seeing you. 🤍
