CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you please give a 24 hour notice in advance. Any no shows, or day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. If done before hand, you will not have to pay the fee. If you have not payed the fee, it may result in no future booking until the service is payed for, or banned from booking site. Late arrivals: I have a grace period of 10 minutes. Late arrivals may result in either a shortened service or a cancelled appointment and will still be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Fills: You must have 45% of your lash extensions remaining in order for it to be a fill. If less than 45%, it will be a full set. Anything after 3.5 weeks is considered a full set, due to outgrown lashes. Please book accordingly. Standard lash fill: 2-2.5 weeks. (Must have 45% remaining) Extended Fill: this is a great option for those who are wanting to change up their lash style. Or if you are over 2.5 weeks, or if you are needing me to take extra time cleaning your lashes. (Must have 45% remaining still) Please arrive on time to your appointment with clean lashes. Lash extensions will not stick to dirty lashes If you are having any issues, please reach out to me within 2-3 days. That way I am able to fix it. If you are sick please reschedule your appointment. I do not want to get sick & bring home to my family or clients. Cancellation policy applies to this. No guest policy. No refunds. All sales are final.
